THE HOUSE
The Telar Arte y Naturaleza house is the ideal place to stay either with family or friends. A place where you will immerse yourself in the comfort and energy of a home in the heart of nature.
The house, located in the centre of TAN, has been renewed with the purpose of sharing our love for architecture, nature and art. Gable roofs, art pieces and windows with views to the mountains give the space its authentic and contemporary character.
IN THE HEART OF NATURE
Up to five adults and a baby can comfortably stay in the house. There are two independent bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a spare bed and a bathroom.
It is a bright house, with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cosy living room with NO TV, a big porch and a garden with different spaces and games for children.
Wake up listening to birds singing and relax contemplating the stunning panoramic views as the sun sets behind the nearby hills.
With its convenient location, just an hour away from Madrid and Barajas International Airport, El Telar Arte y Naturaleza is the perfect place to disconnect and get to know Segovia and its surroundings.
The comfortable 70 m² house is thought for families or for those who wish to connect with nature and experience the essence of rural life.
It is fully equipped, with two bedrooms (double-bed, two single beds and a spare bed if needed), a bathroom and an open kitchen.
There are windows to the outside in all rooms. This, together with the gable roof, makes the house a truly bright and spacious space. The house can be accessed through the private garden or through the porch and common area.

Books and boardgames, blankets, fireplace (No TV).
The garden / farm covers over 7000 m² in which you can find a chicken coop, orchard, outdoor play area and spaces to create and meditate.
Surroundings
Prádena
Prádena is a lovely village in the mountains in Segovia surrounded by juniper, oak and holly forests. Its outstanding holly forest is considered the biggest of the Spanish Central System. Additionally, Karstic caves can be found underground in this area. The Enebralejos Cave was declared a place of Cultural Interest in 2022.
Such a scenario is also a privileged habitat for animals due to the wide ranges of ecosystems.
Just one hour away from Madrid and the airport by car.
Ideal to get to know Segovia and its surroundings due to its convenient location (direct access to the N-110 road), close to Pedraza, Sepúlveda, Las Hoces del Duratón, Riaza, Las Hoces del Riaza, Real Sitio de San Ildefonso and Segovia.
